The new suspension as of now is being changed only in southern region for people staying in Kerala. Approximately 8-10 TUV300 have received new suspension kit and feedback process is going on.

Please find new suspension pictures...

Anyone having excessive wheel spinning issue must contact their regional Mahindra team to get the new suspension kit.

Hi Sharad,

Seems to be a good corrective measure taken by Mahindra. Any feedback on improving the ride quality from that bouncy one.

I haven't got it yet as Mahindra is testing it in the southern region only as of now.

Hi All

After testing the new suspension for a while i concluded that nothing changed.

- same bouncy ride
- wheel spinning is still there. Someone claimed that car moves ahead in spite of one wheel spinning but as per my experience it didn't. So its same as it was earlier.

We raise our concerns again such that Mahindra would research again in the same area.

Hi Guys,

If you use your handbrake lightly, that will even out the torque going to the rear wheels to some extent and can get you going without getting stuck. It can never replace a proper differential lock, but will help to prevent getting stuck in off road driving especially slippery surfaces.
Have a try and let us know.
