Reached around 8000 kilometres. I could not capture data during initial 1500 kilometres. This data is between odometer reading 1500 to 8000 km. I have downloaded TUV300 app for data collections after that only.

Mixed road covered during this used 25% highway, 25% city roads, 50 % rural roads
Total distance covered = 6490
Total diesel used = 544
Mileage around 12 km/litre

I think Mahindra should provide a far better TUV 300 app. No way matching with requirements or expectations as per current app developments.

Mahindra should provide FE on driver information system (DIS). Instead of letting us calculating manually. They knew that TUV is not going to give mileage of more than 14 kmpl in any condition and thats why they have removed the simplest feature of FE from DIS.

Hello My T8 Manual has run 7800 and I get 10kmpl when driving in city only. If mixed with highway - maximum i got is 13.6.
cumulative FE till date is 11.87 kmpl.
But My office is in Hinjewadi and it is generally in bumper to bumper traffic for about 30-40 mins everyday.

Pretty reasonable mileage for the mentioned driving conditions. I have AMT so I get one point less :)

Is it possible to get real time kmpl/fuel average by way of any application or any extra fitment that displays identified directly. Presently DTE IS displayed. The new bolero has the feature of kmpl. When I spoke to Mahindra person about the same I was told no such option is available presently on tuv & the same may be available with new model. I expect min fe of 15 kmpl in Mumbai city and the same be displayed by some app/device regards

Till now i have done 10k kms and my car economy landed between 11.5 to 13 in city traffic. I travel daily from delhi to gurgaon with eco Ac on. I do not push the car much but i get almost around 45 mins of Bumper to bumper traffic daily.
On highway trips i manages to get 16-17 kmpl. ;)

Have got my second service done and i have bought "IFTEX System-D" from ROGER motors. I will update after my two tank fulls about improvement in mileage and performance. :)

BTW the 100 km method suggested by VP makes more sense to get a better estimate. ;)

Hi Guys,

I am planning to buy this TUV 300 AMT.

I have a couple of questions for the exisiting owners of this car.

1. Buying an AMT is a worthwhile option or not considering the price difference in manual and AMT.
Also please note that I am staying in metro city but my travel distance usually is not more than 30 kms a day.

2. Is the AC effective for the rear the back seats as you guys have experienced this summer already considering there are no vents at the back.

3. Milegae - What is the minimum mileage I cn expect from an AMT. I am assuming that the mileage will be lower in AMT as compared to the manual option.
