Wow, 17inch rims look really sporty on tuv. I recently booked T8 100bhp MT Blue and was also planning to upgrade rims on delivery, can some one please advise:-
1. upgrading from 215/75r15 to 215/60r17 is good option ...
2. Variance in mileage approx.
3. Should i upgrade on day of delivery for better buyback price of tyre, stock rims ... OR should upgrade after driving 100/200 kms to ensure any manufacturing defect if any

1. upgrading from 215/75r15 to 215/60r17 is good option : Go for 235/60r17, don't forget to install Rogerab for better ride quality just like LUVTUV did, more ground clearance and comfort, I'm planning on it, too.
2. Variance in mileage approx. : approx 1.3% +/-.5%, IDC really
3. Should i upgrade on day of delivery for better buyback price of tyre, stock rims ... OR should upgrade after driving 100/200 kms to ensure any manufacturing defect if any : Do it as soon as you can as the used tyres and alloy wheels would increase the exchange price. Make sure to get good quality alloy wheels as you do not want to compromise on that, get all terrain tyres for better traction(MRF Wanderer)

Thanks, don't go with AMT version instead go for MT, has no issues whatsoever, and the FE what I get is around 19/20 kmpl on highway with ECO mode AC. In city the mileage never went below 18kmpl for me. But I guess that depends on the driving style as well. There are two ECO modes one is for AC and the other is for engine for lower fuel consumption. But what I do is to drive 'without' ECO mode i:e: the Power mode which gives smoother driving experience for engine and ECO mode for AC as teperatures are no that high in Pune.
