Re: Pick up & Mileage

Hi Jitender, I too have T8 ATM. Yes, I too felt the pick up is slower than expected. I think, the clutch release is too slow, hence there is a lag in the pull and even between the gear changes. I am not sure if this can be made bit quicker. I'll check with them during first service. One more irritat...

Re: Booked new TUV300 T8 AMT - Worth to purchase ?

Hi Kathik, I own a T8 AMT 100 BHP, which I bought a month back. Red color for which I got the black stickering on top plus all pillars. (Check the pics in Gallery section). I read a lot about characteristics of AMT and specific reviews of the Tank before buying it. I knew what to expect from the AMT...

Re: driving tips for TUV 300

How about comparing WagonR and TUV300, ride experience? As WagonR is a tall boy too.. Food for thought for answering this question : 1) Body-on-Frame construction (TUV300) vs Monocoque (WagonR) 2) Suspension set up ( built for abuse vs built for tarmac) 3) Weight (1650kg TUV vs 850 kg Wagon R) Apar...

Re: What to expect and what not

Thanks friends.

Finally I got my Tank (T8 AMT) 4 days back. Really enjoying driving it.

I think, the only thing I need to get used to is to handle the vehicle in bumper to bumper traffic in signals and slopes.

I got the red Tank's top blackened. Posted the pics in Gallery section.

My dual tone Tank (Red + Black) - T8 AMT

I got my tank 3 days back and enjoying the Tank.
Still need to get used to the AMT behavior. Otherwise happy with the Tank.

Here are some pics.

Wow. Its just a kit? Looks better than the Armour kit.
I'll check with my Sales Adviser (Bangalore) when I go there on Tuesday.

Re: Regarding New driver seat for my TUV T4+

Please check if the height adjustment is up to your expectation.
I felt, the range is too small. It may not serve your purpose at all. So, please check first.

Re: driving tips for TUV 300

Like Harikrishanan and Clamfrog82 have mentioned, this cannot be compared with hatchbacks or sedans. As they have rightly pointed out, TUV is a body-on-frame construction, and hence, it's center of gravity is higher and so is the weight. 1. We have to expect body roll at cornering. So turning at hig...

What to expect and what not

Hi all, This is Raghavendra from Bangalore. My tank is yet to arrive, may be by 25th Feb. Currently I own a Figo Titanium diesel of 2011 make, which is my first car. I just loved the TUV for its look but was wary of the complaints on this forum. But, still thought of listening to my heart. Hope I wo...
